Facebook Application / MMORPG Game

We are seeking developers to create an MMO gaming application that is similar to Mafia Wars, Bloodlines, Mobsters etc..
The engine will be more basic, but we would like the overall functionality to produce status updates and integrate all facets of Facebook.
Requirements;
- Must be able to sign an NDA and agree to non-disclosure.
- Must have ACTIVE examples of your application development WITHIN FACEBOOK.
- Must be skilled in FQL, FBML, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and JSON.
- Must be familiar with monetization and connecting the application for use with PayPal and Facebook Coins system.
We have a knowledge of all of these systems but we are looking for an independent team to work cohesively.
Continued work and investment opportunities are also available.
Our current budget is $5,000 to $10,000 and we will expect at least 45 day turnaround.
