I am looking for a redesign and rebuild for my wordpress ecommerce site. Currently the checkout process is tedious and time consuming and the site is not responsive across devices. The site needs a fresher and more clean design and purchasing needs to be more streamlined. Current site:

Looking for someone experienced in designing and setting up wordpress ecommerce sites. I am currently using wp-ecommerce but wanting to switch over to woocommerce, so someone with experience creating ecommerce sites utilizing woocommerce would be ideal.
Open to ideas, but must have:
- Fresh design utilizing the colour pallet currently on the site
- Responsive design with ease and navigation on smaller devices such as mobiles and tablets
- Smooth checkout process, option to checkout as guest or create a login
- International shipping option for some items and not for others
- SEO friendly
- Automated processes for sending email updates to buyers such as 'payment has been received', 'your item has been received'
- Opt in newsletter
- Google analytics setup
- Site search functionality
- Ability to add in courier shipping calculator (or something to calculate shipping from) for gym equipment on e.g. able to get info or add in calculator on the below link [login to view URL]
Please list examples of ecommerce sites that you have done with your bid. Please only bid if you have the skills to fully rebuild the site including add plugins (not just create the theme). If it all goes well I potentially have another website build project.
