Thunderbird Address Book XML

I need a thunderbird add-on for the program ADAT. This piece of software works in conjunction with Asterisk virtual phone system.

To make a long story short, the ADAT software uses an xml file for it's directory in the following format.

I can export my Thunderbird contacts to a csv file and then convert them to xml but i have to do this by hand. It's proved to be a pain keeping multiple users up to date on multiple directories. I would prefer a solution that I could install with Thunderbird. Whenever you add a new contact or update a contact in the address book it would build a new xml directory file for ADAT.

Contacts in the Thunderbird directory without phone numbers should be left out of xml file. Also Fax number would need to be left out of the xml file.

The option to select which address books are synced would be nice as well.

There are 4 choices for the "type" field (Mobile, Business, Home, Other)
