I require an iPad App that is designed in an easy to use fashion/format that allows me to enter in data that will automatically transfer to an existing excel document on my computer that will automatically fill into specific cells within the document.

It will need to be able stream automatically so I am not double handling any data entry.

The App will need to also have my name as the creator/publisher.

I require this project to be completed in about 4 days to allow for testing and getting the bugs out of the system.
