NB! I will not tolerate any suggestions for "new prices", the price you bid is the price that I'll pay you. Also, I will not accept any automatically placed bids. So here is the thing: I want a website (Wordpress based) that makes it easier for me to show items I want to sell. I am selling items (mostly toys) as a hobby, so this is rather a personal project than a business one. The design / layout can be very simple, I'm not looking for anything fancy as for now.
This is how I imagine it to work in short;
A user goes into my website and wants to check out what kind of items I have, by using the search function, sort the items by date/price/newest etc, or by browsing the different categories / sub categories.
Once they find an item they like, they have two options;
1) they click on a "MORE INFO*"-button, or,
2) they click on a "INTERESTED TO BUY*"-button.
Since they have to register their email addresses to the site for using these functions, the items of interest ends up in a list. Once, I have enough users who are interested in a certain item, OR enough users who are interested in actually buying the item, I;
a) add more additional information and images to the item, or,
b) put the item for sale on a site (like eBay*).
Then I'll do following;
If a) = once I'm done with the info, I click a button in the backend and an email with a notification about the item's new information is sent to the users who showed interest (by clicking the "MORE INFO*"-button)
If b) = I put up the item for sale on a sale site and click another button in the backend. But before I'll do, I will add the URL to the auction / sale so that the users who wants to buy the item easily can find where to buy it.
In other words; I will not sell anything direct from the site, this site is just for finding the items and make it easier for me and so I can spend less time on this, as I then will know what people are interested in and not.
When I am adding new items, I want to be able to bulk upload several images (one image of each item) and that each image (/item) creates a new product?). So, for example, if I don't have any item for sale at all and bulk upload 5 images, then I will have 5 products. Each with just 1 image and no further information.
