About us...
We are a design agency established in 2008, however we have run design, advertising and marketing agencies, publishing companies and television production companies for 12 years, giving us a strong and loyal customer base.
We currently have two projects which need completing, with more to follow in the future. We have an in house web department, however we are too busy to complete both these jobs at the to the deadline required, so we need assistance with this one, and maybe the other providing this project goes to plan. We are looking for a good freelancer to work with on a regular basis. This may include new builds or maintenance and updates to our portfolio of 50+ currently live websites.
About this project...
Design:
We have designed a website in Photoshop which needs creating in Wordpress. We have created individual psds for the mobile, tablet and desktop versions, no design is required. It's a pretty straight forward build in Wordpress.
Dynamic elements:
All content needs to be dynamic. The website has been divided in to clearly defined “content blocks", which need to be interchangeable, we need to be able to create new blocks at a later date when new content becomes available, and place them within any area of the website.
Instructions:
Once the project is completed, the programmer needs to provide some basic instructions, outlining where the different dynamic elements can be uploaded.
Webserver:
We can provide a server, database for development if required, but fully understand if you would like to develop on your own servers.
Plugins / intergration:
The project will require YOAST SEO plugin adding, and the relevant header tags need to be applied to the obvious headers throughout the website.
We will provide a google analytics code, which will also need installing.
The contact form will need the Google Recaptcha plugin
Video:
There is currently a video slot on the website, the actually video has not been create, any sample video will do for the build. It must load within the website as a java popup (i.e. not divert to youtube etc!). The video size needs to adjust dynamically to the users device. We have left how this loads and is displayed open to the programmer.
Header Navigation / transitions:
This website features a fixed header. The transitions between the content blocks must be smooth. We have tried to represent this in the invision preview provided below.
The drop down menus have been left open to the programmer, however need to fit in with the design.

The instructions outline the dynamic attributes of the blocks. The design is loose enough to allow the background colour or image, text position size and style, and any other content to be dynamic.

A few basic terms:
If there are any changes to be made to the design of the website, they must be run past us before they are implemented, and correcting any amendments not signed off by us prior to handover will be done by the programmer within the fixed price.
Once the project is complete, all files must be handed over to us, and once payment is made, ownership of any files will become that of Para North Ltd.
The client can be seen within the design of the website. They are our client, and at no point should the programmer contact them.
