SEO my Website

We are currently looking for a freelancer who can assist us with executing SEO tasks.
One of our SEO-Managers will create an english Site-Audit of a *german* ecommerce-website which will include typical SEO related changes to a website, for example:
- Creating an XML Sitemap & prioritising it
- Reducing the number of internal links by making some of them javascript/ajax links
- Changing meta robots
- Optimizing the general code & code/content ratio
- Changing & Creating Headlines
...
These changes should then be executed by the freelancer. Afterwards the SEO-Manager will review the execution and give feedback to correct things if needed.
We are looking for somebody who can follow instructions closely but also has a mind of their own to come up with solutions for specific problems. Good ideas are always welcome but neat execution is absolutely needed. Our project load is growing fast and we are searching for someone who can work on multiple other projects after this one.
