Super Urgent VB .NET 2008 World Pay Checkout Integration

I have a bespoke VB .NET website running under Visual Studio 2008. The code is completed right through basket and up to checkout. All I need is the final integration of the site with Stream Line World Pay to take the payment and return a success or failure and mark the transaction as processed.
This is super urgent as the project is already late, so existing experience with World Pay is really beneficial.
