2. Sport Pages:
2.2 Content of each Sport page:
• Information about the sport
• Images and video
• Trainers Contact Information
• Events and important dates
All content must be retrieved from the website database.
3. Survey Pages:
• Design a survey webpage for each sport. Each survey webpage should include a Form with MCQ questions to evaluate the club’s services, then show the results summary.
• You should implement three types of Survey Pages (MCQ- Multiple choices)):
(1) Survey page based on static questions and their choices.
(2) Survey page based on XML-document that stores the questions and their choices.
(3) Survey page based on database table that store the questions and its choices.
4. Join us Page (Registration Form for member, staff, …).
5. About us Page.
6. Contact Page.
the pages should contain at least the following:
1. Linked CSS file.
2. JavaScript.
3. Horizontal Pull-Down Menu (CSS-based).
4. AJAX
5. Database
6. Forms.
7. Images.
8. Tables.
9. Header, footer, and navigation.
10. Add a required field validator for all textboxes.
