Spanish Real Estate classified sites database

I need a XLS or SQL base list with Real Estate classified sites from SPANISH speaking countries (Argentina, Chile, Spain, Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.)

Knowing at least basic spanish will certainly give you the upper hand in this project.

Examples: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], well, there are a lot of them.

There are many classifieds sites which are not only for Real Estate publishing. They will do as long as they have a Real Estate category.

Now this is a KEY requirement, which the quality of your job will depend on. Every site entry should be very specific on WHERE it will allow the Real Estate submittings come from. That is, if the site allows publishing properties located in Spain, or just in a city (i.e. Madrid), or a very specific location (there are local classifieds sites for neighborhoods).

So each entry must be very clear on which area it will allow Real Estate publications come from.

I'll give you an example: [url removed, login to view]

This is a Real Estate classifieds for Santa Clara Del Mar, which is a very small location in Argentina. The database must show that this site will ONLY allow properties from Santa Clara Del Mar.

I'm thinking of something like this:

Example 1: site allows publishing properties in whole México.

Field Country would be México,

Field Estate would be empty

Field City would be empty.

Example 2: site allows publishing properties in all cities within Jalisco, México

Field Country would be México

Field Estate would be Jalisco

Field City would be empty.

Example 3: site allows publishing properties only in Guadalajara, México

Field Country would be México

Field Estate would be Jalisco

Field City would be Guadalajara.

If you can come up with a better solution, I'm open to suggestions. I'm not a data miner mysqlf. I would design this database in SQL, but I don't want to leave out all your great web researchers that maybe don't know SQL. So I'll import the Excel file to SQL myself if you can get out the most out of a XLS sheet and fulfill these requirements.

I need a big database but I first need to test your quality as a researcher. So I'll pay 30 USD and you set the amount of listings you can get for that amount. I'll decide between those who have better experience in the field and understand the job well.

If you do well, you'll keep working on the database (for the listings/$ rate price you set) and other mining projects. All suggestions are welcome
