I have a project to fetch "mixed-use" properties from the articles on a number of specific websites, e.g. [login to view URL]
Note a mixed-use property or development is a building which has multiple uses. For example, a building might have retail on the ground floor, offices on floors 8 - 12, apartments on floors 12 - 24, and a hotel at the top. It is mixed-use because it is used for different things: retail, hospitality, offices, etc.
So there are websites like [login to view URL] which periodically have articles about mixed-use properties. What's important to note is most of their articles are not usually about mixed-use properties, so the crawler needs to be able to identify which articles are for mixed-use properties, and ignore everything else.
Once an article has been identified as about a mixed-use property, you need to fetch the following:
Name of the mixed-use development
Description of the mixed-use development
Its website
Its address
An image of it (if available)
Its highlights (e.g. if it has a swimming pool, or rooftop bar, or a carpark, etc.)
Probably the article won't have all these details, so you might need to automate going to the mixed-use developments website to fetch the data.
The data is then saved in a database.
Your accuracy needs to be 60%+.
I am a software engineer with machine learning experience, so I understand this is challenging.
The project has no fixed budget. I know it may take a few months to do this properly.
My preference is you use the JS ML libraries for this, but python 3.x is also acceptable.
