The output needed is a CSV file, with a row for each member of the current Israeli parliament, a row for each former member of the parliament (eg Yinon Magal), and a row for each minister of the cabinet not serving as an MP (like Bennet was until recently). For each one, the following fields are needed:
1. Full Name in English (First Last, or First Middle Last, or First Last1 Last2)
2. Name of party, in English. For example: Yahadut Hatora
3. Are they currently a member of the parliament: 1 or 0.
4. If they are not a member of the parliament and not a minister, date which they resigned, in the format YYYYMMDD. Otherwise, empty column.
5. Are they a minister in the cabinet: 1 or 0
6. Are they the prime minister: 1 or 0
7. Their rank within their party (as determined by the "primeries" process. For example: For Merav Michaeli: 5
8. Their twitter ID. For example, for Yechimovitch: [url removed, login to view]
