Joomla Theme Re-Design Project

I have purchased a Joomla theme, and want an experience web designer to help me with:
1. To work with me so that we both choose the best colors, style etc for the site (I have a theme, but I want that it is changed so much that it looks good and people can't recognize it as the same template being used at other sites)
2. To make a logo keeping in mind the type of my business, the colors used on the site etc...(it should also look good when printed etc). Also I wonder if the logo could be a gif-animated? Would that work? what could be any disadvantages? I hope none. Also I want the logo (or a part of it) to be shown in the browser just before the website name. 4. To help me isntall certain web 2.0 features (and gives ideas if you have any)
5. To install an ajax based (or anything better) thing so that the pictures in the main area of the site get rotated and so that people can click on the numbers 1,2,3,4 to change the picture themselves.I know that this is possible using some already-made joomla extenstions. The thing is that I also want that a each picture has a separate hyper link (that I can specify via html or php or admin panel) ... (perhaps we can make the whole picture to be a hyper link)
6. Also, regarding 4, you will be designing the 3 to 4 pictures and these should be high-quality stuff, and should not be a re-use of an older design... These pictures have to be very unique, attractive and relevant... you will get complete assistance from me in this regard..
If you want we can also buy low-cost royalty-free images from some good website that you want us to use...
Points to note:
1. All work belongs to me. You will keep no copy. I must be given all relevant code, files, designs, psds, etc etc
2. The site must load very fast. This is a MUST. Check our theme first. And also do research on your own. And be honest to us... No excuses on this...
The bottom line is .. work is simple so no high bids please. Just 3 designs for banner. One logo. Some CSS, color changes etc. The image rotating (joomla modules are there to do this) you only have to install and customize it according to my description...
