Digital Wedding videography design on DVD!

We are professional wedding photography/Videography team. We shoot videography for an Indian's wedding on HD digital camera. Total original file is about 30GB.
We need a professional individual or team with Indian nationality or at least speak fluently, understand indian language and especially understand indian wedding culture/tradition (Sik) who is specialize in wedding videography design to help us professionally edited and put this wedding beautifully on DVD.
Work will includes the following basic designs part of the edit
1) some indian songs will be integrated through out various parts of the wedding movie
2) Introduction of the movie will also include a list of both sides family names
etc.....etc...
The only reason we can't design this movie is simply because none of our team members speak Indian.
