HTML/CSS Email Newsletter for use with outlook

We are looking for a person who can create email newsletter templates like these: [url removed, login to view] The brief is to design a template to match the look and feel of our own website. Although a simple job not as complicated as those examples, once designed we would want the wording changed so there would be 6 templates we could use.
The second part would be to create the artwork for an A4 folder to be printed once again based on our website.
INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SUPPLY:
1. Examples of HTML/CSS email designs you have designed and programmed yourself (not 'off the shelf' ones downloaded from the internet, please!).
2. Past experience working with clients in creating HTML/CSS email newsletters/blasts.
