Magento / RocketTheme Template Modification and Branding - repost

I am looking for someone who can take a existing template created by RocketTheme for Magento and bring it to it's fullest potential.

You MUST have experience with working with both Magento and RocketTheme templates. The RocketTheme template is the "Affinity" in style "3" setting. I am using the RocketTheme templates due to it's enhanced administrative abilities for page manipulation and I do not want the template modified where those features are disabled or compromised.

I need the logos and branding implemented within the template, but I also want to have the template modified with graphics that matches the company product line, which I will provide the current website upon request on the bidding.

I want to take the Affinity template and make it look very unique to the company branding and so it won't look as a standard "run-of-the-mill" template. Someone who has an eye for graphic design and can really make the website stand out and look sharp.

Those who can provide a sample graphics or ideas as to how they would take the template and add graphics and colors and/logos to make the template standout will be the ones whom I will select from.
