Modifying a template

I already have a template for Joomla 2.5 & Virtuemart 2.0, and it looks partly ok, but our page will offer fruit products. Website must be "very fresh", appealing. Visitor must be inspired by fruit, when he comes to see our page.
So, I need somebody, who will modify this template, to look excellent. He/She will have to make graphical changes for background, menu, shopping card... Generally, website has to looks very fresh.
