PSD Layout needed for new Website

Hi,

We have just launched a new website. We would like to have PSD layout for it.

We already have a logo for it.

Requirements :

- Must be Web 2.0 standard

- We may have flash portion below the header.

- Layout should be professional and eye catching.

-The layout should fit in 1024 width resolution with nice background (No nonsense gradient background).

We need only 1 home page + 1 inner page [url removed, login to view] need all banner images regarding all pages.

Logo will be provided to selected bidders in PM.
