I am looking to have a Community Clan Gaming Design Done as well as the Coding for it. The Design posted above is around the color scheme I am looking for and overall layout minus a few things. (Which is where the creativity of the designer comes into play.)

This script is free and isnt required to be used within the site I am looking for however the it contains 95% of what I require in a site so to you this would to only modify it to work with a template you create thus should keep the cost of the site down.

AS this site is pretty much what I am looking for with a different design.

Will require Login System -

Will use either the Open Source phpbb3 or Vbulletin so the login system would need to incorporate this i.e if you create a script to login into the website that script would also log into the forums program.

Downloads - Ability to upload fiels - this can be through the site or through FTP however whatever files are loaded need to be displayed additionally there would be a block on the site where say the most recent "5" downloads displayed with the amount of times it has been downloaded. You would need to be registered to do this.

News - The ability to post news that will be displayed on the front page of the site. This will not display the entire post only a certain amount of text then have a read more button, will also display time posted and the name of the admin posting it.

- Lastest Downloads

This information I believe is self explanitory.

I am not requiring images on the front page of the site as they have however a roster link that displays names of individuals I select that are hyperlinks that when clicked on will display information about them.

Gallery - Now I am not looking for a full blown gallery here, just a page that will allow images to be uploaded and displayed with the possibility maybe of set categories.

Video Player - Again refering to the [url removed, login to view] site you will see on the top right they have "Clip of The Week" I would like a block like this that if on a backend I uploaded a video it would be shown here and allow the individual to play it or download it.

Sponsors - Supported By:

This needs to be implemented into the design and on the back-end I am able to upload the images and it display here along with a Sponsors link - that when clicked on shows information about them.

Servers - I have game servers that display information: My current site: [url removed, login to view] has premade servers scripts on the left side please view as these would need to be incorporated into the design.

What you are bidding on here is:

Create a Template Design for a Website will all necessary pages, and coding of the design in whatever programming language decided upon to give the functionality I have posted, implementing what I have described above.

Installation of finished product.

Please when bidding provide your portfolio and only those fluent in English and have the ability to communicate via some form of messenger client, and the ability to speak through Skype, Ventrilo or Teamspeak will be considered.

I have no problems escrowing, 1/4 to start, 1/4 upon being shown the template, 1/4 upon seeing the finished product and the remaining 1/4 prior to transfer of files to my web host and installation.
