Need a website template similar to [url removed, login to view];action=index

with all the data grids and panels. I don't want any of those already made templates you can buy over internet!!!! I want a unique design. Also, the template has to be 100% tableless css based. After the basic design is complete I also need several color variations based on the basic design. Again, no already made templates. It has to be orginal work. After we pay we will own 100% of the copyright of the template and related materials.
