Adding template of codes to change the design of our login page (include CSS animation)

We have an e-learning online platform, we would like to add some animation and new designs (template of open-sourced codes and pictures provided) on our current login page.
Developers only have to insert the codes to our current login page and make some small changes. Details of the tasks will be provided in chats.
Our platform uses CodeIgniter as the framework.
*We use GitLab to update codes as we have different developers working on the platform at the same time and it's they way for big developer team to collaborate. We don't use CPanel.
