Create Joomla template from Photoshop files provided by us. Then insert provided content for complete site. Site will contain approximately 15 pages. We will provide Joomla component for menu system. All code must validate with W3C. Layout must be done with divs and not tables and styles must be in CSS not in content. To see the site mock-up send us a pm and we will provide a link.
