We are looking to hire an expert in the above areas of work, on a Full Time basis working 40-50hrs per week initially. This means 8-10 hours Per day.

You will be required to proactively Figure out the Best solutions to all our programming/technical/non-technical challenges we give you on an ongoing basis and impress us daily.
We will give you a wide variety of Technical and non-technical tasks/projects to do and you must be willing and eager to complete whatever job we give you. To give you an idea of the daily tasks we give you, please note that tasks could be complex and Very challenging in nature, or may even be non-technical in nature. We would give you daily tasks like;
• Complex PHP related development work;
• Complex HTML related development work;
• CSS related work;
• Javascript related work;
• Developing mobile landing pages;
• Wordpress sites setup;
• Wordpress Development & Configuration;
• Wordpress and Website Loading speed optimization using GTMetrix, Pingdom and Pagespeed Insights;
• Web Design;
• Photoshop/photo Editing;
• Using page builders in WP;
• Membership site Setup and Connection with Payment Processors;
• Email Autoresponder Setup;
• Payment Integration using various Shopping Carts;
• Using Zapier to Integrate with Other Tools;
• Video Editing;
• And many more adhoc tasks… too many to mention.
This is a Self Driven, Autonomous Role. Not a hand holding role. Essentially, whatever you need to do, you need to take initiative and be resourceful to do.
Salary
Your Salary will be between $300USD - $450USD per month (Negotiable depending on experience and expertise in all the above), for 40-50hrs of work per week. We would like to have the successful candidate as part of our team for 3+ years.
Payment will be made at the end of each month.
The applicant we hire will need to meet the following criteria:
• Available on skype (when needed) and Must work exclusively for us;
• Very Dependable, Reliable;
• Honest and Very Trustworthy;
• Own a powerful computer (ideally with 2 monitors for dual display);
• Have a fast and reliable Internet connection.
• Must record a daily video up to 10mins before you finish each day, that will show me what they worked on for the day and the results you achieved.
How we will communicate:
We will communicate with you (if we need to), via Recorded screen capture videos to show you what we need done. These videos will be uploaded to your dropbox and then we will email you asking you to watch the video and complete our requirements.
How to Submit Your Application
To allow us to review Qualified applicants only, you Must do all of the following:
1) Complete a Very basic wordpress test job. This will make sure you can follow instructions, and to give us comfort that you can deliver on time. This test job should only take about 3hrs Max to complete. Applications will not be accepted without the delivery of this test job.
2) You will be required to answer 12 questions below. When complete, attach it along with your bid.
3) You will need to have a quick phone / sk pe interview with us
