I wish to launch a full fledged web &/or mobile based international Job Board, covering all standard state-of-the-art features of successful platforms such as indeed, Monster, Naukri etc. I have extensively explored available opensource softwares, wordpress plugins etc. to achieve the same. Also, I planned to launch using SmartJobBoard software, however it lacks basic completeness, as do other market ready softwares.
