Need to create a webpage with Annual/and Monthly packages for my business

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create an E-commerce website using WordPress. I need the website to have Annual and Monthly packages for my business. Here is a link of what I presently have:

I would like to expand on it. Improve the design, make the pricing discount stand out more. Make my featured services stand out, possibly highlight some with more eye catching text, put nicer image thumbs, and add a nicer toggle for Monthly/annual switching of price rates. I need this done asap because I want to launch it for my existing client base this week. I also would like to improve the home page design. Move away from designs of pet stores which was a bigger focus in past, and showcase more of my recent client design.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress development
- Strong understanding of E-commerce website design and functionality
- Experience in creating pricing packages and subscription options
- Ability to collaborate and assist in finalizing the features for the packages
