Small Edit to my Magento Theme

I need some small changes made to the header of my magento website, I have attached a screenshot of how the website currently looks, you can view the image 'new' to see how I would like it to look.
The changes made must also look good on mobile phones as my theme is responsive.
I also need you to remove 'My Wishlist' from the header links. You will be working on the staging website so I will need to know what files you edit so I can apply changes on the real website.
