Improve PageSpeed of Website

When using Google's PageSpeed Insights, the analysis complains about two major issues on my site:

1. Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

- AddThis

- FeedJit

- Google Translate

- Google AdSense

2. Leverage browser caching

- Many issues, however, the server has the Plesk Control Panel installed and I cannot figure out how to modify the "Cache-Control: max-age=0, no-cache" setting
