Web App development for ongoing project in Health Care

Need professional developer to work on the development of a web application that runs in the Cloud.
Looking for a long term relationship with a solid and professional developer to contribute on a weekly basis on specific deliverable of the applications like specific web data entry screen, reports, validations, new functions etc. These deliverables are to be discussed regularly and you will be responsible for producing and integrating them within the application.
The Application is built on a modern framework using [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Microsoft Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, etc. and runs in production on MS Azure using PAAS features.
