Windows VPN client c++ code

I need a vpn client software written for windows vista or later.

Pls note its the "client" code;

Basically, the software code should setup a vpn (or IPsec tunnel) to

the preconfigured VPN server (such as cisco, or openvpn server)

Looking for vc++ (compatible c) code. No GPL copying from openvpn

(but if you can rewrite that, 'have no objection).

The code at the bare should contain

1. hooks (function calls) to userid/pwd submission (authentication) [step1 is optional] We have ace-radius to do the job

2. after successful authentication it will establish vpn connection with a prec-onfigured vpn server, and a pre-cobnfigured secret for (say ipsec)

3. When user wishes to terminate, all the filtering of traffic policies should revert back and the vpn connection torn

Using microsoft ipsec stack/wfp api/ras apis would be ideal.

All the code needs to be transferred with all rights upon final payment.
