Webpage interaction software program

**Outline

**We are currently working on a project that requires a downloadable peice of software for the delivery of content from a website, This is essentially a web page that contains specific content relevent to their membership of the service. It will be required to post information from the users machine to verify the customers installation and licensing.

**Requirements**

Application must work on MS Windows XP, MS Win 7

Require verification of internet connection within application and collection of machine identification number which will be posted to website alongside email address and name.

The application must have an ini settings file to allow us to alter the website the application points to.

All details will be passed either via querystring for example:

[url removed, login to view]

or

via posted method sent via a form transmission,

we are flexible to what you will find easiest but this must be discussed with us first as we will require the info to test the application and ensure it is working as required.

The main interface of the application will be a skinned window (we will provide graphics and dimensions required, but scaling would be prefered if possible) and a web browser window which will post the data then display the response page.
