I need to program a PSD File to a Landing Page with Parallax effect, and add plug in (random ascending bubbles) on the first banner and the footer. Preferably in wordpress or bootstrap with a cms technology so we can change the files and icons later on.

We need to incluye in the first banner and in the footer a jquery random bubble effect.
