I have a wordpress website. There is currently a subscribe to newsletter option at the bottom.

what i would like is the following ([login to view URL])

1. Add a newsletter option to the top bar (See image GW1)

Need this to open a second page where there can subsribe . (My system has this capability already for newsletters but dont know how to set this up )

The reason to open a second page is i want to create a QR code were people can click on it and it will take them directly to this new page with there phones and subscribe

This page must work with laptop/ipads/mobile phones
