We will provide graphic design, domain and hosting. Credentials will be provided and designs delivered upon acceptance of the award.
HOURLY RESERVATIONS
1) User should be able to click on each block of TIME that they want to reserve
2) User can click on a button at the bottom of the page and save their selection to the cart
3) User can change to another day after saving to select more blocks of TIME on a different DAY
4) The saved blocks of TIME should be reserved for the user for 15 minutes before checkout and permanently after checkout.
5) Each saved block of TIME should be grayed out to all other users until checkout and then show the first name of the user after checkout. No other users may reserve that station at that time once payment is complete
6) Each STATION will have it's own separate hourly charge (setup in the back office)
7) Checkout page should show a summary of all STATIONS, DAYS and TIMES selected. (See sample checkout page) and include an option to agree to the terms of use
8) User must receive an email with instructions upon completing an order
9) Each new user must pay a one-time refundable cleaning deposit of $50
10) If the admin cancels a reservation in the back office, the reservation times must become available to other users to reserve
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
1) Monthly subscriptions via paypal for several products
2) Separate area from hourly rentals (separate page) but can be added to cart
3) Must be integrated with Paypal Subscriptions to automatically renew each month
YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE:
1) you must say in your proposal that you have experience integrating woocommerce with paypal
2) you must say in your proposal that you have experience with this type of scheduling system
3) you must provide an example of another website that you did the scheduling/reservation system on
4) you must provide a brief overview of your plan to implement the reservation system in your proposal
5) you must provide a brief overview of your plan to implement the monthly subscription system in your proposal
6) your plan to provide support after this project is complete
FINAL DELIVERABLES:
1) functional website with 7 pages
2) fully functional reservation system
3) fully functional subscription system
4) website back office must be free of your contact info
5) website must be inaccessible to any outside users
6) back office admin must be user friendly
Once all deliverables are tested and confirmed, all funds will be released
Your proposal WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED unless you include all of the above requirements
We will not respond to requests to discuss the project before you submit your proposal
We will not tolerate changes to your bid amount after we have accepted your proposal.
Any attempt to get more money before beginning project will be reported to freelancer.
