Problem With Wordpress Website

I've had this wordpress website for 2 years and never had a problem. Today when I went in to edit a page and hit "update page" to save it the changes do not save when i edit any of the text and I have no idea why. Primarily I'm trying to change the phone number to 612-564-4372 on all the pages.
