Web Developer for Figma to WordPress ongoing project

We are looking for experienced Web Developer to translate our Web site design from Figma to a working website.
Our website is a SaaS which means subscription and different membership level, meanwhile, our internal control panel
===Project content ===
- We already have a design of 3-4 pages website in Figma
- We need to translate the Figma design to WordPress + Static Page
- For Login and Sign up, we will use integration with Auth0, we have the design for Auth0 login/sign up, and need to adjust Auth0 with custom HTML/CSS/Auth0’s own markup language
- Research: Given the pricing table inside the Figma design, research which SaaS management plugin and/or third party service we can use to integrate with - goal is to allow user to pay online, update, change, add extra subscription service item etc
- Integration of subscription service and record the membership level into Auth0 and other integration point (eg DB)
- Integration with live chat system
===Website requirements===
- Design for desktop PC and Mac browser
- Install Auth0 plugin so that user can login/sign up using our Auth0 tenant
- SEO create keyword and install plugin
- Improve security by updating
- Multi-language support
- Content is editable and changeable by our customer service team which only have minimum knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Use of existing plugin/graphic/code template is very welcome for both free and paid version as long as it’s [Better/Time saving/Easier to maintain etc]
- Even we are ok with the use of design tools such as Elementor but there are pages needs modern PHP, HTML5 and CSS written by you
- You need to advice what is missing from this specification and also what to suggest to do for better result
- Although this project has selected WordPress as the building block, you also have the duty to research and advise what other better options are available
- Please also suggest long term maintenance service content and cost
Note: Mobile site and mobile app will come next after this project, will award to well-achiever for this project
===Requirement for this job:===
- We have a developer written Java backend, you need to work with our developer to integrate with our backend control panel which is entirely dynamic, thus a knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, JS frameworks, Restful API , OAuth, database and some backend technologies are required.

- At least 3 years experience in web development (PHP)
- Excellent in modern web development
- HTML/CSS
- Javascript/JS Frameworks

- OAuth + RestFul API
- You have prior experience in online Website and integration with third-parties online service
- Willing to perform on-going and iterative and incremental requirements changes
- Able to write automated test cases to routinely test if all functionality of the website is working

- This is a long term on-going project and more hours needed at the beginning
- We assign the goal and task, then you record the hours spent
