Wordpress site in second language

Scope: make my Wordpress website in a second language.

Currently we only have the website in English: [url removed, login to view]

This website is to be copied 100% to our second language domain (Dutch): [url removed, login to view] (same server)

Make this new domain the primary domain and Dutch the primary language. There should be language flags on the top right corner so users can select language.

We will do all translation ourselves. You just help set-up the website in the Dutch domain (100% clone), make sure the language flags are available, and make

sure from the Admin panel we can make each page in 2 languages

You would have to install multilingual plugin en redirect (301) orange red and all URL's under it to new url's for the UK version under the new URL.
