Changing out graphics in template

I have a template that I have already used to create 5 websites with. I need to create 4 more, however my photoshop skills are really slow so I just want to power it out with someone who slice and dice in ps really fast. I need you to take the jpgs that I will provide and make them work with the template I will also provide you with the copy.
The site is 5 pages with two or 3 jpgs per page and maybe 10 paragraphs of text for the whole site. The site is static so no php or any programming, but you need to be able to work with css, there are no tables on the site.
This project is for 1 site only, however if it works out I will hire you again to do the same thing with the same template to create 3 additional sites. Please PM me and I will show you the template of the sites.
