import icecat xml feed into power query

I have a flat file from my wholesalers via csv type of file in various formats, some non-standard csv.
From my wholesaler I get via xml price and availability information.
I have a column of xml urls dynamically generated in power query (get method) that I want to parse into expanded columns, and filter down to only the data points I need for enriching the flat file.
The xml does not import cleanly into power query using the get method. I need someone to create a post-method of getting specific xml data into columns within power query without creating duplicate rows.
From ICEcat open database I need to import CSV file regularly from icecat, then use power query to dynamically generate the xml urls. From there in power query pull down the xml binaries products tables and expand them into columns within excel.
My goal is to create a Product information database for export into Plytix PIM Database storage.
