This is where I learned and applied How to forecast the sales based on seasonal sales/Time series. from 2018 Jan to December 2022 sales data were given monthly and forecasted for jan-2013 to dec 2023 in a minute.

At the end of the year all the Finical Statements were analysed by Me and Reported on the health of the School from 2016/2017 to 2019/2020.

Financial Statement Analysis/Ratio Analysis

In 2018 KSA implemented VAT 5% and Increased to 15% later. so all the Vat input and out put were recorded and reported quarterly basis where I had to provide receipts details and invoice details and Summary to claim and pay. this was done by me from 2018 January to 2021 January.

Income and expenses data was maintained by me from 2016 to 2021 in excel and ERP and the data were customized according to the management needs.

the data were categorized to particular income and expenses also the sheet helped to know receivable and payable in a easiest way. it helped to track the expenses monthly and helped to control them.

I was Forcasting the Budget from 2017/2018 to 2020/2021 and recommended actions to control the Expenses. also I analysed the Actual vs Budget and found the Root cause for the deviation and recommended some suggestion for future long term value.

The Forecast was done based on past and Current Financial and Non financial Data and management Future plans.

Finally I did the followup once the recommendation are implemented to know whether it's effective or not.
