This is a Smart sensor hub project which includes various sensors and security motion detectors and alarm triggers. Also it includes an energy meter that log the power consumption. Everything is connected to the Internet and data is logged with minimal latency in real-time to the database efficiently using Google Cloud Firebase service, which is cost- effective and can be scaled to millions of sensor hub nodes. Data can be fetched using a REST API or any database linked app or website. Various sensor's are connected to an Arduino UNO which is then connected via UART to a Linux SOC connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi connection. Sensors use different communication protocols I2C/UART/GPIO/Analog and 3.3v/5v voltages. Step down converter's and voltage translator's are used for compatibility.
