I am the secretary of an Auckland heritage and environmental group, for which I write numerous submissions, mostly to the local council, and the secretary for group of volunteers who provide services to homeless people.
My training in technical writing focused on the editing of manuals, considering how to present information with clarity and succinctness.
I transcribed audio of varying lengths, quality and subject matter, mostly court work, also interviews and telephone calls. I also did quality control checks of the work of other transcribers.
