I previously worked in a local BPO/KPO company in the past 7 years where I gained my knowledge and expertise in web research, data mining, data analysis, data entry, data extraction, data transcription, sales and non-sales calls, and management and administrative skills.
One of the highlights of my experiences with my previous employer was when I became a researcher and analyst of one of the biggest commercial real estate company in the USA, where I do research via internet and/or calls to gather information of commercial real estate properties and businesses, analyze them, make decisions and populate the gathered information into a special system.
I am also knowledgeable with MS excel, word, ppt, and google docs, spreadsheets and forms.
