Currently have more than 10 years in Customer Service experience, and trained in more than 8 different software. I have worked in different depart and companies that have enhanced my work field. Amongst all of these training the one thing that has remained consistent is the Customer Service expectation and organization skills.
I have provided services by importing information into a database, taking 50 to 80 calls regarding billing issues. Adjust invoices and send emails out to customers, clients, and patients. Make, adjust, modify reservations from hospitality to camping. I have trained agents on improving customer service, keeping compliant with HIPAA guidelines. I have even troubleshoot with customers on paying bills, booking, and navigated on websites.
With all of these experience I have learned there's always room for more growth and learning.
