I have been working in a BPO industry for 7 years and counting. My experience is Call Center Companies had taught me a lot of skills most importantly my fluency in conversing in English Language, It had become my Native Language since then and it opened a lot of opportunities for me to discover jobs may it be office, home, or online based. Personally, I am self driven, I am responsible, has a high respect for time, and I always put integrity when I'm doing my job. In everything that I do and in everything what's assigned to me, I put my 100% dedication on it and always make sure to meet deadlines or do the task ahead of time. If there's a way to exceed the client's expectation, I am also able to do it. I am excellent in both Customer Service and Sales. I am also excellent in writing, speaking and most of all teaching the English Language to foreign people. I'm hoping to find a long term job and a client where I can put my 100% dedication and loyalty.
