The Giant Screen / Biggest Screen in Birmingham
This geometric city scene was created to illustrate The Giant Screen's status as 'the biggest screen in Birmingham'. Taking some of the older iconic buildings in Birmingham, along with newer ones (Masshouse and Birmingham Library), allowed me to build an image of Birmingham city centre around the central focal point being Millennium Point, the home of The Giant Screen. The buildings aren't exactly geographically positioned correctly. To place them in their respective areas would take a larger area to work with. Something I hope to achieve by using a canvas such as a billboard.
