I took incoming calls from customers for a U.S mobile company, advised about mobile plans and other services people acquired, explained all related with voice, messaging and data usage to the clients of the company, i helped them figured out which mobile plan was the best according to their needs when acquiring for the first time or changing, i also sold mobile devices for first time activations or upgrades and,assisted with basic technical issues customer had with these.
