The system maintains the full database of employees with all the relevant details/credentials e-g financial, personal, educational, professional, documents, leave records, behaviour relevant track records etc. The system has multiple roles for certain user types depending upon the domain and permissions. It performs daily user management ranging from hiring to retiring/leaving the institution. New upgrades and features are added to the system as need be. The system has web interface.
