Contest Brief

Padbay is a Real Estate website in Brazil, offering Brazilian properties for sale and rent. We need a logo to be designed for our website which uses the same colour scheme as the website itself. In other words, the logo has to match the look and feel of the website (and not the other way around) and obviously the logo also has to look & feel like a Real Estate company.

Both simplistic logos and complex logos with icons are accepted designs that we will be looking at, we also need a favicon to be designed based on the logo. We will pick the winner and he or she will need to give to us the logo and favicon in jpg, png format as well as the editable files for the software that he or she used, such as PSD files (if Photoshop was used) AI (if Adoble Illustrator is used) etc...

Just a clarification here: We do not accept logos made with online tools or any other logo creation tool that you insert a clipart and pick a colour. We want everything to be ORIGINAL. Such logos are easy to spot and they will be ignored. Also, the winner will have to provide the editable file sources for the software tool used (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
