I state that my plan now is the same as when I first joined the company, which is to increase revenue and lower expenses.

We concentrate on Google reviews averaging 20 40 per month what value does that bring? My hope is that with two car washes on my right and a third under construction on my left, my on-line reputation established before the new competitors moved in will sufficient enough to not lose market share.

Upon discovering that we were paying $.49 per towel, I contacted the manufacturer and negotiated a better price. This information was then forwarded to leadership. The orange towels were being thrown away, so I recommended using black towels since they do not show soil. Over the lifetime of our company, what value does a 33% reduction in costs add to the bottom line when multiplied by 170 locations?

I maintain a commercial account at several dealerships, should a customer vehicle be damaged, I receive a discount ranging from 30 to 50% as well as no tax. As a region, we have spent over $60,000 on incidents. What value would my contribution be to the bottom line? Or what value would that savings be if I was responsible for more than one location.

For the first time ever, I decided on October 25, 2022, that I would focus on conversion rate. This is similar to maintenance, which you cannot really control. Things break, and these things need to be repaired so having a budget is like we do our best to control what could be out of control

I have developed a strategy for achieving conversion rate, a literal roadmap to success, a franchise model that if the team members follow, they are guaranteed to succeed.
I have tested this process and measured its success. The worst team members reported an average increase of 2 to 5%, which was just enough to give them confidence to accomplish more than they have in the past. In order to keep track of the team's performance, I have created a daily scorecard that is located at the quarterback's station.

I am now able to take my foot off the gas, take my hands off the steering wheel, and close my eyes because this operation now runs on its own
