Contest Brief
I am looking for a skilled Web Designer and Web Developer to apply animated website code. We need you to create website code and share the link to view it in a browser.
In summary we have a desert landscape, a moon and some blinking stars. Each star is different in size and color, and when hovering on it, we can see some individual information and when hovering is done the star will blink again.
Some side notes:
-stars must blink asynchronously
-stars must not overlay moon
-hover effect (menu) should have a galaxy touch
-resolution of all elements must be equal

Just a note to the contest holder - sharing a code (e.g. link to a live website) and requesting freelancers to do so is against the Freelancer rules here and might get you and freelancers who will submit links to working solutions banned.
It's perfectly OK to share a video screencast of the working solution e.g. a link to a video showcasing the entry implementation. The exchange and enhancement of the coding solution is part of the Contest Handover phase where one or more freleancer entries are awarded.
Thus freelancers don't work for free since contest holder can copy the solution without awarding any entry.
